Nikita Pion-Klockner, LCSW
Holistic Therapy, LLC
Healing Mind, Body, and Relationships

Welcome!
I completed my Master’s in Clinical Social Work at Smith College in 2007 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C/LICSW) providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, I blend traditional psychotherapy with integrative mind-body approaches to support deep emotional healing and sustainable change.
My work draws from a range of evidence-based and neuroscience-informed modalities, including psychodynamic and attachment theories, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Somatic practices, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), mindfulness, and meditation. This integrative approach allows me to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, nervous system, and lived experience.
I provide virtual therapy for residents of Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Colorado. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals, couples, families, and groups across diverse communities, including adolescents, young adults, university students, premarital couples, expecting and new parents, LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, immigrant populations, active-duty military members, veterans, and military families.
I am passionate about offering culturally sensitive, affirming care. My goal is to help clients build the emotional skills, clarity, and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges—from anxiety and overwhelming transitions to unresolved past experiences. I also specialize in premarital counseling and supporting couples as they prepare for or adjust to bringing a new baby home.
My focus is to help clients create grounded, healthy, empowered, and balanced lives.
I look forward to speaking with you and supporting your next steps, Nikita
