Young Adults

The journey into young adulthood is full of possibility, growth, and transformation — and it can also be one of the most challenging and overwhelming phases of life. High school, college, graduate school, and the early years of independence bring enormous pressure and

change. It’s common to feel stuck, uncertain, or alone during these transitions.

I am passionate about supporting students and young adults as they navigate this pivotal time. Many people in this stage of life experience:

  • Anxiety, stress, or burnout

  • Academic or performance pressures

  • Identity exploration and separation from family

  • Conflicts with family or partners

  • Adjusting to college or graduate school

  • Loneliness or social challenges

  • LGBTQ+ identity exploration or support needs

  • Trauma or unresolved past experiences

  • Low self-esteem, body image struggles, or perfectionism

  • Financial stress, life-direction concerns, or fear of the future

  • Experiences of bias, discrimination, or feeling “different”

My approach integrates mind–body awareness, nervous-system regulation, evidence-based therapy, and compassionate exploration to

help young adults reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and create clarity about who they are and what they want.

Together, we can work toward:

  • Understanding your emotions and experiences with more insight and kindness

  • Learning tools to calm and regulate your nervous system

  • Building confidence, self-worth, and a grounded sense of identity

  • Healing from past experiences that may still be affecting you

  • Improving relationships and communication

  • Navigating change, independence, and the uncertainty of this stage of life

  • Discovering your strengths, values, and authentic direction

Reaching out for support during this time can make a profound difference. You don’t have to navigate these changes alone. I am here to

help you find steadiness, clarity, and a deeper sense of empowerment as you move into adulthood.
