Consultation

I provide individual consultation to mental health professionals on a range of topics, including:

  • Mind–body–energy approaches

  • Stress management and resiliency

  • Developing and managing a telemental health practice

My consultation fees are the same as my client therapy fees.

I also work with mental health facilities, counseling centers, and organizations interested in integrating mind–body–energy practices into their services and programs.

Staff Resiliency & Stress Reduction

Modern workplaces, particularly in caregiving and mental health professions, can be highly stressful, and staff burnout is a real concern. Resiliency techniques can help alleviate stress, improve wellbeing, and prevent burnout.

I offer staff wellness and mindfulness-based resiliency programs tailored for high-stress environments. These programs teach practical techniques — including mindfulness, acupressure, and mind-body awareness — to:
